Happy New Year to all of our members. We would like to remind you that you are able to pay your bill on our website now. Also, if you pay online through your bank, Progress Water is not responsible for how long it takes the check to get to us when your bank mails it to us. We have been having complaints from members that there payment does not get to us before the due date therefore giving them a late fee. Take this up with your bank. We recommend you paying at least 15 days before the due date so that they have time to mail the check to us. The postal service does not guarantee it will get to us when the bank says it will.
