Emergency Number

Please be advised that Progress Water website is mainly used for online payments. We do not monitor this website daily. If you have an emergency due to water outage or have a question about your bill or have a water leak, please email us at admin@progresscommunitywater.com.

You can also call the office number after hours if you have an real emergency and wait for the machine voice to come on and it will give you the number to the operator on call.
