Bill Payment

Progress Community Water Association offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

DRAFT FROM BANK ACCOUNT

In April 2023 Progress Water customers will have the option to draft their payments from their checking accounts.  You will need to call office to find out how this can be done.  We will require you to sign a document with your banking information and provide a voided check to us.  We are excited about this new payment option.  


Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least eight to ten business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 

Payment By Credit Card

We now accept Credit Card payments at our office.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. We can also take payment over the phone using your Credit Card. We now can take payments online.  Just click the Red "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button located at the top or bottom of this page to get started.  You MUST have your ACCOUNT NUMBER, SERVICE ADDRESS and the amount you want to pay before you can make a payment online. All payments have to be done before 4:00 pm on the 25th to avoid $15.00 late fee.  Any payments done online after 4:00 pm on the 25th of each month are considered late and will have the late fee added to their account.

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards or money orders. We also have a drop box for you convenience if paying after hours and on weekends.

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.  Please make sure to have them mail the check to us at least 10-15 days before the due date to avoid $15.00 late fee.

Automatic Withdrawal from your checking account.

We now offer withdrawing your payment from your checking account each month.  You will need to print and fill out the Debit Authorization form that is in our form section and send back to us with a voided check so that we may start withdrawing from your checking account each month.  Please remember if you change checking accounts to inform us so that we can change your information.
